This blog belongs to my online-shop www.country-creativ.de where I mostly sell knitting needles and crochet hooks from companies such as Signature Needle Arts, ChiaoGoo, HiyaHiya, Addi, Kollage, Seeknits, Clover, Tulip, and Prym. I also have a small stock and special offers on yarns from Lang Yarns, Katia, Online, Lanartus, Wooly Hugs, and CraSy.
The last weekend in March in always reserved for the international craft fair h+h cologne in Cologne, and as every year we drove down to find out about and test new products. Of course it also is a lot of fun to meet so many people who share the same passion for knitting and crocheting 🙂
There was a lot to see – too much actually to physically be able to have a look at in a few hours, and way too much to write in detail about in a single post post – so I am going to sum up the some most important new products from Knit Pro, ChiaoGoo and Addi.
Do you know about Dress It Up buttons yet? We love the fun and creative embellishments which can be used for so much more then just sewing projects: From pillows and lamp shades over bracelets to cards and scrapbooking – nearly every craft project can be decorated and personalized with these cute little buttons.
I receive a lot of question regarding Signature knitting needles. What’s the deal with these needles? Do I really need one of their DPNs, interchangebale circulars or Single Points? Due to the price, many people also ask if the needles can actually knit on their own – so I thought I would try to answer this question in a blog post.
