Hemline Hand Measure

The hand measure is printed on both sides with metric measurements, it is ideal for measuring seam allowances, hems and spacing of eyelets and buttons.
It also serves as a marking aid for 45° and 90° angles and as a compass tool for drawing radii from 1 cm to 17 cm.
-The hand measure is made of thin plastic that conforms to the fabric for an accurate measurement.
